Why use affirmations and meditations? How can they help to create a positive mindset?
You can think of meditations and affirmations as creative and manifesting tools that you can use to strengthen your consciousness. They are instruments to help create a positive mindset subconsciously and consciously.
Your subconscious mind records what it has learned through observation, what it’s heard and what it has been told. Your subconscious mind stores all this information and plays them back into your daily circumstances and life however it deems appropriate–negatively or positively.
The power of the conscious mind is that it can instruct the subconscious
