And that's your belief system, your mindset using hypnosis. You train your mind for success. You learn the thoughts, emotions and then the actions of someone who is all about living a healthy lifestyle.

    You make better, more nutritious food choices. You not only respect and move your body, but you enjoy doing so. And all along you become more confident, happier and loving.     Tips On Controlling What You Eat

    Using hypnosis to control how you think, feel and act, with regards to diet and exercise, you pick up certain techniques and tricks on how to control your thoughts, how to control your actions. For example, have you ever been looking to lose weight? You go out to dinner with some friends and every one of your friends, they're getting ready to order these.

    Really what you consider good desserts, would you? You're trying to be disciplined. Well, the next time that happens to you, there are some things you can try. For example, number one, visualize your body as it eventually tries to process the fat, the sugar and the overload of calories. Can you feel the associated nauseating feelings? Second, find something in the appearance of the desserts that eating them makes it unappealing, like the caramel sauce can look like something that makes you nauseous without becoming too graphic.

    I want you to feel and see the desserts and make the association that is disgusting. And it is. And three discreetly placed your hand on the part of your body that you may be most proud of or the part you're trying to work on and tell yourself, good job, love listening to the others at the table. Discuss your self-discipline and their inability to be so you feel that pride, even more reasons to be proud, are on their way.

    These are just some of the quick tips that I like to give to you, and there's many, many more as we go deeper and deeper into hypnosis and where you learn how to use the power of your mind, associate those thoughts with certain feelings, and then you will take inspired actions.

    How This Book Works For You

    So I have designed this Book to be set up as if you're actually having one on one sessions with me, you're going to get the self hypnosis recording that I'd like you to start using immediately. You listen to that one is conducive to do so. It's about 20 minutes long. Some people like it first thing in the morning.

    Many people advocate using it as the last thing you hear before you fall asleep at night. There isn't one way that works better or another. It's what works best for you. I want you to listen to the recording. Then I'm going to give you coaching sessions the same way as if you worked with me in my office. It would come down to first me explaining to you what hypnosis is, how it works, how to train your mind, how to think like someone who's healthy and fit. Then I go over your dietary habits, how you eat, how you feed your body.

    Now, I also explain that there isn't a one size fits all plan for how you should eat or what food you should eat. In fact, if you go on one of those restricted diets, you often find you can do it for about three weeks or so and then people quit. And after that I talk about how to exercise, making exercise choices and all along and give you some of the tips and some of the tricks I've picked up along the way.

    A lot of what I'm going to teach you is anecdotal, and it has to be my own experience, my own experiences where I learn from first. I used hypnosis myself. Once it worked for me, I became that much better at teaching it and working with others. Then I taught myself how to nourish my body correctly and I found the way I like to work at. And it's always changing. It's always evolving. I'd like this to be interactive. I'll always make my best effort to get back to you as soon as possible if you have any questions or have any needs. But again, I want it to be like a coaching session for you.

    You read I'm sorry. You listen to the self hypnosis recording that's attached to this chapter on a regular basis. At the end of the Book, I will have another one for you that you can listen to as well. So you have some variety and the ability to mix it up. Listen to the recording. Come here each morning or whenever it's best for you. Listen to the short motivation or coaching segments that I do. Find things that work for you. Some of it you may say.

    You know Ostreicher, I know this. I've heard this before, but you find that reinforcement is key. Stick with this program. Enjoy it. Let's make it interactive and. You will learn the most important part of this, you are in complete control over your destiny, your thoughts, your emotions literally create your outcomes.

    So go after the body you want, lose as much weight as you want, transform yourself however you desire, because that personal development, that taking care of your body and feeling disciplined, focused, confident, that spills over into every other area of your life. It spills over into your professional life. And best of all, it spills over into your personal life. People will want to know you personally or do business with you professionally.

    Weight Loss Hypnosis Session

    Like you to make yourself as comfortable as possible. Focus on a spot directly in front of you. Let your eyes lock in on an object or spot something I want you to look at like you're looking off of the far off and just see what your eyes look through it. And in just a little while, your eyes will become heavier. They will become a little tired.

    And any time you like, you can let your eyes gently close so that you can better focus on my voice. Until that time, focus on your spot. Try to establish an overall sense of peace throughout your body. Discomfort. This is time you've set aside for yourself. It is important to exercise. It is important to do things with a physical body. But it is just as important to take this time now to work your mind.

    That's what I like you to do, is to just stay there relaxed, focusing on your spot, realizing that this is valuable time to change your mindset or to develop your mindset, and you're going to start to think differently. Listen to my voice for a little bit. If your eyes are tired, let them close. The more you use this recording, you find that your eyes will close sooner and sooner. But for now, take nice, deep, relaxing breaths.

    I would like you to focus on your breathing, breathe in deeply each time you exhale, feel yourself just beginning to relax with each breath you take. I'd like you to do two things for me. First, every breath you take, breathe in the oxygen, warm it in your lungs and feel it moving throughout your system. So every time that you exhale, I would like you to relax a little bit more as you breathe.

    Focusing on your breathing, notice the healthy properties of oxygen is nothing healthier than oxygen. So just breathe in, warm it in your lungs as you exhale, feel it being carried through your system and relax. If you haven't already done so, let your eyes just gently close so that you could better concentrate on what I'm saying. The second thing I like to do with every breath you take as you continue to relax, as you continue to feel more peaceful, more balanced in your body.

    The second thing, which is probably more important than the first, with every breath you take, I'd like you to feel a little bit more confident, just a quiet, calm, self-confidence. Confidence is never arrogance or conceit. Those things are masks for true self-confidence. But as you breathe, I want you to feel a true sense of who you are. So what we're looking to do here with each breath you take is just relaxing, reading to my voice and the gentle, soothing music in the background. I want you to let the physical body relax. I just feel like just letting go.

    And second, I'd like you to feel a growing sense of confidence. There is a mindset to people who are healthy and fit, slim, the same way people who are wealthy and abundant think differently than people who lack. There is the same way in which people who have great loving relationships in their life think differently about love than themselves and others.

    Most of all, the people who are healthy, fit people who exercise and look terrific. They think differently than people who are out of shape, overweight and don't have self-discipline. And so what I like you to do now is as you're relaxing, reading my voice, I want you to start to use this time to prepare yourself mentally and develop the mindset I want you to think, to feel and therefore act like someone who is extremely healthy, extremely fit.

    You're going to develop the mindset of someone who eats well, someone who exercises. This is not a short term thing. This is not a fad diet. This is a lifestyle where you start to really appreciate your body, love your body. It will never be perfect. No one is ever 100 percent satisfied with their body. No one ever obtains perfection in any aspect of their life at all.

    We start to feel better and better, stronger, healthier, more fit. That's where you're going or changing your mindset, relaxing here now, developing the habits for healthy, fit individuals. Now, let's go further and lend me your imagination, lock into my words and listen to what I'm saying, just let your thoughts wrap around what I'm saying.
