Since the age of 6 years old, I have dreamed about becoming a doctor. I have been one of those blessed and fortunate individuals that has always known what I have wanted to be when I grow up.
Even as a child growing up in Budapest and Paris, I spent countless hours playing with plastic medical toys, reading medical and scientific books, and frequently playing chess at the park with an older gentleman, a retired psychologist who taught me how to be the best doctor who really cares about her patients.
Driven by passion, I pursued my dreams of becoming a doctor, learning about nutrition and helping those around me feel better physically, emotionally and spiritually. It soon became clear to me that most people that I met had issues with weight gain and that losing weight was a constant challenge for them. I set out to discover why some people seem to eat whatever they want without gaining any weight while others put the pounds on simply by looking
at food.
So many people asked me to help them in the area of weight loss that I determined to help people to live healthier lives and to provide a solution for their permanent weight loss.
I guess I asked this simple question, What is the ultimate diet plan for permanent weight loss?
In trying to answer this question, I relied on my own experimentations while working as a fashion model and trying to stay slim while still being healthy.
Being a top model, teaching yoga and personal training for many years always made me conscious about healthy eating. I worked with countless clients and helped them to achieve their weight loss goals. I was also fascinated by Eastern Medicine and became a Doctor of Oriental Medicine.
This book incorporates both Eastern and Western ideas and is designed to improve your health and vitality, rejuvenate you from both the inside and outside, and to help you to find a permanent solution that will help you attain your ideal and desired weight as well as to maintain or gain an excellent health. Beyond weight loss; following this easy to do program will help all of your organs and body systems perform the optimal as they were designed to, turning back the years from the inside out! The result; you will be healthier, look healthier, think healthier, speak healthier, and still loose weigh!

THOUGHTS/NEURO LINGUISTIC CONDITIONING/VISUALIZATION

Our body is the product of our thought process and emotions which determines our physical bodily functions. We become what we think about. Our thoughts are the primary cause of everything. Where we are today is the product of our thoughts and decisions from the past.
Everything we do in life, is the result to avoid pain or gain pleasure. We just want to feel good at any moment.
By applying pleasure towards the things like exercise and foods you don’t like and feeling pain towards bad habits that may cause you to gain weight or develop any health conditions.
In the many years of my practice, I found that if you want to lose weight or become healthy, there is only one way to do it: you must link tremendous and immediate pain to your old habits, like not exercising and eating junk food. And secondly, feel immediate sensations of pleasure to the new actions like exercising and eating healthy.
Then decide what you want exactly - the exact realistic weight you would like to achieve by a certain day. And definitely have an action plan as to how you are going to do that. Change creates a feeling of insecurity, fear and anxiety for some people. But you can easily overcome fear of change with determination, action, vision, and an intense desire to lose your excess weight or become fit and healthy. When you focus your mind on certain images and feelings it will drive you to your desired results.
