THAT GUT FEELING

My healthy eating journey really began in 2012, when my dear mum passed. In that same year, I began having health problems. It started off with chest infections, which developed into bronchitis, and then in 2015 I had my first bout of pneumonia. It was the start of a pattern, where I’d be fine for a while, and then the chest infections would return, and eventually I’d get pneumonia.

Throughout this time I had numerous amounts of antibiotics, which I obviously needed, and was very grateful for – but what I didn’t know was that, yes, the antibiotics kill the bad bugs but they also kill off a lot of the good ones
