Now, your mind and body are completely relaxed. If any other thoughts tend to surface, let them drift towards the horizon.

The primary difference between self-hypnosis and clinical hypnosis is that in clinical hypnosis, the subject and the operator are two different entities. But in self-hypnosis, the subject and the operator are the same people.
