In this season, I decided to take a break from interviewing other health professionals and dive back into the common questions I get from my own personal clients. Whatever diet the client decides to go on, here is the method I use to calculate their calories and macros. Always subject to change because everyone is different and responds to macros differently. However, you have to start somewhere and then the refining process is the true art.
