Under his leadership with Chef Daniel Humm, Eleven Madison Park received four stars from the New York Times, three Michelin stars, and the #1 spot on the World’s 50 Best Restaurants list in 2017; plus, seven James Beard awards, including Outstanding Service and Outstanding Restaurant in America. Will, a graduate of the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University, is the co-author of four books, including the Eleven Madison Park: The Cookbook, I Love New York: Ingredients and Recipes, The NoMad Cookbook, and Eleven Madison Park: the Next Chapter. Will is also the co-founder of The Welcome Conference and Independent Restaurant Coalition, and the host of Weekly Specials podcast.
