Today we're taking a few questions... How to overcome the urge to binge eat every meal? The title almost says it all. I can go for hours with no food, but once I start eating it is as if my body says: do it, f’ing do it Long story short: this is my 4th big weight loss, so far I went from 335 to 219 pounds. My goal is around 135 lbs, so I have a long way to go. On one hand, it’s amazing that after so many failures to maintain the lost weight, I still try lol. And it’s amazing that I’m now 116 pounds lighter. It’s easier to walk, breathe, go up the stairs etc. But sometimes when I look in the mirror, I get so frustrated and upset with how I look. I’m still obese as per BMI (I’m 5’8). And I feel the problem is that there is a disconnect between how my brain thinks I should look after losing 116 pounds and how I look in reality, if that makes sense. On days like this I just want to say to hell with it and stop all efforts and get back to my uncontrollable eating. Submit A Question Vibe Club Waitlist
