Description
If you have ever had the experience of needing to "detach" from a person or a situation, but you felt "bad" about it (so you didn't), this episode is going to really help. Detaching is a necessary part of some relationships, and staying in unhealthy situations or circumstances is a no-go for us all. But what do we do? People tend to react in anger, be resentful, spiteful and really get nasty when they're unable to detach in a healthy way. Even you and me, friend. Learn to detach from people (or situations) in an insightful and healthy way so you can move on!
-->This episode pairs nicely with the Boundary Sandwich episode, for further information on boundaries.
