He's been in training for over 20 years, working with with training companies like Hemsley Fraser, Virgin Atlantic, and he was in the training department for Energy Development Oman in the Middle East. He's worked with clients such as Rolls-Royce, Cancer Research, the Bank of England, and many, many other organisations, helping them with training and general learning interventions for lots of different topics. So he's probably the most expert person that I know. And whilst I do have many years managing others, I was never officially trained.
