What do you do when you're out on a run and you look down at your watch only to see that you're not going quite as fast as you thought.....This is exactly what happened to me this past weekend.  My goal was to go 16 miles in 4 hours, but when I had only covered 3-ish in the first hour....well I knew the math wasn't going to add up. After a few deep breaths I figured out how to turn my situation around into something useful...
