About this audiobook

What are the real benefits of intermittent fasting?

The answer might surprise you, as it extends far beyond the biological aspects of allowing your intestines to reboot. There is a psychological factor that helps people lose weight faster too. Another aspect is clean eating, which is a concept that helps people boost their nutrition and become healthier in general.

Moreover, everyone is different and will, for this reason, experience the effects of intermittent fasting differently.

If you’re curious about these effects and other variables that make intermittent fasting such a promising method, then I encourage you to take a look at this book now.

I hope you take my comments seriously, since I endorse this guide to you. The ideas from the author made sense to me. I agreed with all the things, and that's yet another reason the reason that I am so fired up about this book. The author did not arbitrarily select bits and pieces of wrong advice, but rather, sorted out the claims enough. I actually did not see anything wrong about this book. If I am mistaken, then let me know about that. But I found it to be almost perfect, and that's what mattered to me.

You won't lament getting this book. It delivers what it claims it does. Not that bad. Actually, I would almost say that it's amazing. I found out a lot just by soaking all of it up. The information was great, especially if you already understand a little bit about the topic. In fact, you could possibly understand nothing at all about it and still follow along easily.

The writer really knows how to say it beautifully. The author really understands how to state it beautifully. The very best parts of this book (I forgot which chapters) indicated the most to me. When I heard these things, I quickly knew I had actually made the right option. This book spoke to me.
