- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5This is such a great addition to all the tools offered on Beachbodyondemand as well as the 2BMindset membership. I love the fact that Ilana herself is reading. I felt like she was talking to me directly the whole time! I’m on my second listen because that’s how good and motivating this book is. For anyone struggling with their weight or just looking to lose a few pounds, I definitely recommend!

I don't know that this will be the end all for my weight loss journey, but I know that it's an important part. I'm definitely interested in the recipes she makes available online. Overall, some good habits that are realistic.
- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5I only made it 30 minutes into this book. While her attitude is great and her story inspirational. This book is a sales pitch for the Beach Body and 2B Mindset subscriptions. Every story of success loops back to that being the key.
