    Totally eye-opening. This book has brought a new perspective to my life and my nutrition.

    Glucose has been an interesting topic to me, but one that I have never dedicated the time to understand. I really have a passion for understanding how our bodies and nutrition work, and this book gives so much valuable information and a lot of scientific answers to a topic that definitely doesn't get the importance it should. A must read. I enjoyed the whole book, which was also very easy to listen to, even being so scientifically packed.

    Although I consider i have a very fit and mostly healthy diet, and thank God I also love to exercise, the insights in this book have shed light on why my body works the way it does. I maintain a low carb diet with a lot of protein and veggies, but in the weekends I have more carbs and now I understand why I feel sleepy on some of those days and why a low carb diet works that wonderful.

    OMG! Firstly. Sorry for my bad English
    I fine the author from some health podcast and come to this book, and tbh i was skeptical at first(but take interest in the topic bc I often feel like hang over the next day after eating a big sugar) and i try vinegar and eat fiber first ( I already do fasting and overall a healthy person) but it just past days 5 and i come to write this review bc it actually work, my energy is rise up, less sleepy and my mood get better, i’m a bit shock tbh lol, I don’t have much health problems at first so I don’t expect to see any fast results but i am wrong, before i feel good and fine but now i feel even better, recommend u to try it tho, hope it work on u :)

    This was a wonderful book worth the read. The author did a fabulous job explaining biological and scientific facts in simple and easy to understand ways and terms. The four hacks that she suggests are very useful and I think they would be easy to do once you get into the habits of doing them or incorporating them into your schedule. I’m definitely going to give it a try. I’m also interested in checking out her latest book on practical ways to implement the hacks that she talked about in this book.
