This lady is an angel! Lots of info in one place. Info on what tests to ask for, where to buy tests or how to create some of the more simple ones at home. I was feeling so limited at my Dr. Appts because they wouldn't suggest much nor really seem that interested in my gut issues because the bigger tests have come back clear so far. It felt like the pressure was really just on me to suggest possible causes to test for, and I was running out of ideas as my gut has been getting increasingly worse. This book has given me lots of ideas to explore in case the next few tests are also inconclusive. Not to be dramatic but it has actually given me hope back of finally figuring out what has been going on. Very helpful. If you have gut issues this is a great read. Will be purchasing a physical copy to keep as well.
