- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Abby Langer gives it to you straight. Her words have shifted my mindset like no other book about food. My whole life I’ve had poor body image and have been trying to find the “perfect diet” for me. When all along, the perfect diet was always in the food I eat. Thank you Abby Langer for giving me permission to enjoy food again. ❤️
