- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I loved it of course! This is one book I am passing along to my sisters for there is many really great things to learn from and for the female and both my sisters as they are aging are facing challenges. And I am learning how we have been eating since childhood and thus what our diet has been creating in our guts is very much effecting us. However I am also going to recommend this to my teenagers, both my son and my daughter. My daughter has had issues with her cycle since she began, and I wish I would of thought of reading and listening to books like this one then. Megan gives some wonderful advice for women having issues with that dreaded monthly cycle and how to improve them and get the body doing what it wants to do in the first place, Thrive!
One must remember though, listening or reading a book is a good start, but taking action is only way you will ever know if it works or not and Megan has created some awesome ways for us to help our self’s with check list, questions to ask ourself, and how to keep a log on your gut health. Just amazing.
I love the ability to listen to a book, classroom on wheels driving back and forth to work, and while at work when I am not needed for human interaction and doing simple repetitive duties. I am listening to a book a week on average now!
Thank you Megan for writing this book, and thank you Scribd for having this book in your audio file for me to find and listen, learn and get a start on mastering my health into triple digits.
