    This book is amazing! Full of helpful tips that are easy to apply. By far one of the best, if not THE best, book I have read. I have put unnecessary, stressed, attention on calorie counting and using the scale as a way to prove how terrible I am at losing weight. No more! I love this author’s perspective and steps and can’t wait to live a happier, better life. Thank you!
