This book has a lot of great advice on life and on beating procrastination. Some of the lessons are common knowledge but some of them are really helpful.

The book has very valuable lessons inside. It is a tad repetitive but not quite to the sense of "The Shallows". I struggle with procrastinating and this book definitely makes you want to snap out of it. I listened to it while cleaning and found it made me want to keep going. My room is cleaner than it's ever been. Definitely a good new years read.
