Short, powerful book that I recommend. James, the author of atomic habits, helped publish this book through his publisher. Clear formed a publisher to help put self-published authors on the map. - Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5

Great Ideas
Our ability to focus and to enjoy life is sabotaged by the inability of our mind to stay focused on the present. On the task in front of us. This book clearly and simply outlines that issue and strategies to deal with it.2 people found this helpful

I do not recommend this book. Basically, he tells an over-thinker just to “not think” and everything will be fine. It’s a short book as well. I used an “unlock” for this, which is upsetting.2 people found this helpful
