Q For many years I have had depression and have tried antidepressants. They seem to work for a period of time and then stop. I’ve also had some talking therapy, but no matter what I do, it always comes back when I stop taking the medication. What can I do?

A Depression is, unfortunately, common and, although some people may be able to take medication or have talking therapy for a period of time, others may need to be on some form of medication in the longer-term.
