Prescription medications and their subtle side effects have been a part of my life experience since 2001, when I was fitted with an artificial heart valve. Following that surgery, the constant use of prescribed drugs, has for me and can and does over time for many users have a real negative effect on ones general vitality and sense of wellbeing, because of their acid effect on the body. This low acid effect puts you out of balance from our bodys ideal acid/alkaline balance. The medical establishment tells us nothing about how to help cope with this effect or even admit it exists.
For the next nine years after 2001, life for me went through this constant rollercoaster of feeling OK at times to awful, from near healthy to Flue, Depression, and Lethargic, never properly healthy. If there was some sort of bug going around, it was sure to affect me! Almost monthly I was at a Doctor seeking an answer to my unhealthy issues! It has taken TEN YEARS for me to work out the root causes of my below normal health issues, and then apply this learning to dramatically better my health and vitality!

INTRODUCTION
In my mid-twenties, while suffering an ongoing series of migraine headaches as a result of too much stress in my life and then again in later life after radical heart surgery, prescription drugs have been a part of my life. During the early-life trauma and again following the heart surgery, I went through a constant roller-coaster journey of intermittent to progressively worsening side effects to some of the prescribed drugs I was taking. Constant and repeated questions- asked by me, -- of many doctors as to what was the cause of my mediocre health status failed at every attempt to find any useful help or answers from these doctors. Mostly they simply prescribed more types of drugs that usually exaggerated my poor health rather than helped me feel better.
In total frustration of being led around this constant sickness merry-go-round, I decided to do my own research and figure out what was the root cause of my issues and how to combat the problem. This research provided answers showing there are a range of things that you can do to dramatically help your body better cope with the undesirable side effects from some prescription drugs and all the other undesirable symptoms that can overwhelm us from New Age modern-day living. Through these pages, I will show you a path to better health. My aim here is for you to learn from the pain and frustration of my learning process to show you how you can apply this knowledge for yourself so you are able to get straight to enjoying real health and vitality in your life within weeks. For most, the answer is relatively simple and economical. The key issues to watch and act on to support your best health ambitions include the following!
Drinking pure, clean, energized water and eating a reasonable proportion of raw or near-raw fresh fruit and vegetables are key parts of the success. Avoid as much as possible manufactured, pre-processed and packaged foods. What you can learn from these pages is all information focused on helping you learn what will help you and me to live a healthier and fuller, more enjoyable life while continuing to take your prescribed drugs. The focus is on the positive things you can do to ensure your body can and is able to work at ideal health levels or as close to that, while giving consideration to the health issues you may be dealing with.
The difference may appear only slight, but it will take you from feeling like life is an effort, and at times is hard work to simply stay alive.
To the better alternative of a much enhanced state of health awareness and living where you find yourself being able to enjoy most to perhaps all your everyday experiences. Getting yourself into that feeling of life being fun again!

If you are seeking information and guidance about all the risk factors and things not to do while taking prescribed drugs, you should read the literature relevant to your particular drugs from the manufacturing company. Some key points are made in this book, but for more details on that information, I suggest you read up on - prescribed-drug risk factors and possible reactions when two or more totally different medications are combined and - react badly in you and what precautions you should take, plus things to be aware of to prevent those effects on your health.
My aim for this book is give YOU a way to achieve these amazing results for yourself!
By knowing and understanding the major impact I have found on one’s well-being, you are able to do what needs to be done to get your energy and life back—simple, economical, everyday habits and inputs which achieve real results to give you a real lift in your energy and vitality.
