Find a comfortable position and take a full deep breath. If comfortable, close your eyes and become aware of the rise and fall of your chest. Feel the breath enter your nose and gently fill your lungs, expanding everything within. Hold it there and then slowly release, allowing your mind to settle in the moment. Allow yourself to remember your magic—the nuances, the subtle differences that make you, you. Take another full deep breath and let it go. It’s time to own that magic, one beautiful experience and one trait at a time. Whether you’ve forgotten or are just now meeting yourself for the first time, the truth is, you are inventive. You are transformative. You are capable of owning the life you came here to create. You are unstoppable, beautiful, and the very definition of strength. This power is unquestionable when you allow yourself to own it. This magic is unmistakable when you give yourself permission to grow within it and let it be your guide in everything you do. You see, the day you decide to be on your own team is the day you unlock the door to your vast greatness. It’s the day you release the limits of everything you’ve told yourself you are not and everything you’ve been told you are but has never fully aligned. From here, you realize that you’ve spent far too long pushing against yourself, against your transformation, purpose, and ability to create. You’ve dimmed your magic. When you witness this, you come to understand that you are worthy of the goodness within you. That magic has always been there, waiting, ready for you to tap in. Take a full deep breath and let it go. For just a moment, focus on your breath, concentrate on breathing energy and positive feelings in, and release any negative emotions out and away with your exhale. When you own your magic, you allow yourself to love something within you every blessed minute of this day and every day that follows after. Take another deep breath, and let it go. Place your hand over your heart, feeling its rhythm, allow your breath to find this space, this center, and repeat after me if it serves you. I am ready to be brave with my life. I am ready to lean into a sense of awe and wonder that can only be found when I fully show up and grow into and within my fullest potential. I witness the things have happened in my life that have moved me off course, asked me to question my magic, greatness, ability, and desires. But moving forward, I reclaim all that I am through radical acceptance. I now realize those moments were teachers. And I offer gratitude for them as they only help me infuse profound strength within my life. This kind of understanding, this magic, can only be found when I show up, lean into the doing of my life, and step out of the hustle. It’s found when I go within and remember that I came here to live a story filled with wonder, resiliency, peace, motivation, and balance. With unwavering belief, I know that there is nothing that I cannot do. I am no longer willing to live my life through all the thoughts, feelings, and actions that have kept me small. I have a presence, a voice, and valuable energy, and I’m here to use it. No matter what has been, what will be, I marvel at my existence, my vast understanding, and the challenges I’ve faced because I now realize that I am a part of something greater. This deep movement pulsing through me reminds me that everything is a gift, including me. This gift has proven to me that I have the power to create my own happiness because of the magic I have within. I am so grateful to be alive. From now on, I am holding this space, this magic, this blessed witnessing with the highest regard. Take a full deep breath, breathing in acceptance, letting go of anything less than love. This is the energy that serves me. This is the energy of loving myself. This is the energy that radiates a pureness that serves all that I am. Take a full deep breath and let it go.
