Description
If you’ve taken an anti-aging product in the last decade, you’ve probably consumed one or more of the following: spermidine, NMN, NR, resveratrol, astaxanthin, quercetin, curcumin, carnosine, and fisetin. But they get quite pricey, and how do you even know if they’re doing what you hope? Our guest this week has the most up-to-date guide, complete with visuals and tables to simplify the process. Making it easy to design your own unique and professional longevity supplement stack. Build to your specific needs.
