I believe that a significant part of being healthy is feeling at-ease, free of tension, and living in alignment with who we are. Human Design is a powerful tool that can help us reconnect with our true selves. Joining me to introduce the concept of Human Design is Victoria Jane. Victoria is a Human Design Reader and Coach. Her mission is to guide growth-oriented folks to use Human Design to live vibrantly - with less hustle and more flow.  After a decade in Silicon Valley achieving everything she thought she was “supposed to” - a coveted career, great salary, and all the free snacks, she was forced to face the harsh reality that she was also exhausted, burnt out, and in danger of doing irreparable damage to her health. As she searched for how to heal not just her body, but also her spirit, she discovered Human Design. Learning her unique design changed her life. It helped her reconnect back into living in alignment with her energy and intuition, giving her permission to let go of the “shoulds” and start living for herself.
