CrossFit affiliates have been our home since the very beginning.. So instead of simply complaining about the things we perceive to be faulty within the CrossFit training methodology, we figured it's time we offer some solutions. We pitch a basic rethinking of how to approach the tools of fitness, a transition towards teaching tension instead of position, and the pursuit of a more constraint-based approach to progressing fitness and health on a global scale.
