Well, In today's episode we share six tips and tricks to allow you to balance your fitness goals with a social life. There are things you shouldn’t have to worry about sacrificing in your schedule such as getting in your workouts and making it a point to hit your macros.  By planning ahead and following a flexible diet this should be no problem.
