    This guided meditation session will help you in relaxing your body and mind. If you are feeling anxious, agitated, or restless, this meditation session will help you in relaxing completely.

    You are not required to do anything. Simply lie down and let things be. This meditation session will help your mind unwind completely.

    Preparation

    Please keep your smartphone aside

    Mute it or switch it off if you have a habit of checking notifications regularly

    Dim the lights in the room to assist relaxation and sleep

    Lie down comfortably

    Please put a soft pillow under your head

    Ensure that your neck is fully supported

    Try to observe if there is any other sensation that you feel at the moment

    Any tingling,

    Pain,

    Anxiety,

    Worry

    You don’t have to do anything

    Simply observe it

    We will return to it later

    Now, bring your focus back to your breathing again

    Notice if your heart is still racing

    Try to observe the rhythm of your breathing

    You’d find your breathing much calmer now

    This is the way our body works

    It can bear anything

    It has a great capacity

    We simply underestimate it

    Once again,

    Observe your breath for a few minutes

    With focus,

    Don’t do anything

    Simply observe the way you are breathing

    The process of taking the breath in

    And leaving the breath out

    (Take a Long Pause of 2 Minutes)

    Half the battle is won

    Calm and relaxed breathing is the first step to relaxation

    Thank you for taking out the time to pay attention to yourself

    Pay attention to the most important process in life

    Breathing

    Our breath is the source of life

    We can survive without anything for days, months, and years

    But, without breath,

    There is no possibility of life

    It is important to pay attention to breathing

    It is the way life energy enters our body

    It is now time to show gratitude to the body

    By providing it with more of this energy

    The deeper you breathe,

    More air you’ll inhale

    The more relaxed you’ll feel

    Inhale deeply through your nose

    Don’t do it forcefully

    Don’t do it fast

    Don’t snort the air

    Just inhale slowly and deeply

    Remember, there is no right or wrong way to do it

    The way you are doing it is perfect

    Just keep it as easy as you can

    Simply, keep inhaling

    Now, hold the air for a few moments

    No inhaling

    No exhaling

    Simply let that air assimilate in your blood

    Let it reenergize you

    Let it fill you with energy

    Now, even more slowly and gradually,

    Exhale from your mouth, keeping your lips round and making a whistling sound

    Your exhalation should be even slower than your inhalation

    Even longer

    Empty all the air in your gut

    Empty your lungs

    Make room for fresh air

    Let all the negativity come out

    You’ll certainly feel relaxed

    Enjoy!

    Give yourself a break of a few moments

    We’ll repeat this process several times

    You just need to breathe on my count

    No need to think about anything

    Simply focus on this process of breathing

    It is the most important process

    Nothing is more important than this

    We are doing the most important thing at this point in time

    It is important than everything else

    This is a process in which you can’t fail

    There is no way to do it wrong

    There is no way you may not do it

    It is crucial

    We are just going to do it correctly now

    You’ll inhale through your nose to the count of 5

    Hold your breath to the count of 5

    Exhale through your mouth to the count of 7

    Feel it as if you are standing outside on a winter morning

    After a long time, the sun is shining bright

    You haven’t felt the warmth of the sun on your face for long

    The warm, soothing rays of the sun are drenching you

    They are thawing every frozen emotion inside it

    Melting everything

    You are now feeling free and energized to do anything you want

    Breathe deeply

    Slowly

    1… No need to rush

    2…. Just let the air in

    3…… Feel it entering your nostrils

    4…….. Try to sense the way it feels

    5………. Does it feel warm or cold?

    Now, hold this breath for a few moments

    1… It won’t be very long

    2…. Let this air energize your body

    3…… Let it mix in your blood

    4…….. Let your body absorb the fresh air

    5……….. Relax, let it be

    Okay, now, you can breathe out through your mouth

    1… Let the air come out as a sigh of relief

    2…. Feel the way it is taking away all the stress and pressure

    3…… The way it is feeling, calming, and relaxing your body

    4…….. No need to rush

    5……… Empty all the air in your guts

    6………. Feel your belly deflating

    7………… Let everything out completely

    Relax and enjoy for a moment

    Take a deep breath

    Slowly filling your lungs

    1… Pay close attention to the air you are breathing

    2…. Try to sense the fragrance

    3…… Follow the path it takes inside your body

    4…….. You can actually do it with your eyes closed

    5……… Just let your awareness follow the breath in

    Hold it for another 5 seconds.

    1… Focus your awareness in your belly

    2…. Observe all the air that has gathered there

    3…… The way your belly feels stiff

    4…….. The pressure you are feeling is okay

    5……… It is going to be released now

    Breathe out

    Slowly and gradually

    1… Let all the air stored in go out

    2…. Let it go out with a hissing sound

    3…… Feel all the negativity stored in go out

    4…….. No need to keep anything in

    5………Simply let everything go out

    6………. Just get rid of everything

    7………… Observe your belly going completely flat

    Relax!!

    Completely relax!

    It can be taxing

    But, it feels ecstatic after breathing out

    There is complete calm

    The mind is not
