    Welcome to this guided meditation which will assist in your rediscovering your past lives.

    Now, if you haven’t used a guided meditation or hypnosis tape before, it's important to know that you understand what is happening to your body throughout this recording.

    When you are in the state of self-hypnosis, you are not asleep, nor are you unconscious.

    You're actually very aware of your surroundings, and you can't be coerced into doing anything which you don’t want to.

    So don't worry about any external distractions or noises because you will soon be able to relax completely.

    You are always in complete control of yourself.

    I will be saying a series of prompts, you can hear the suggestions and prompts as you wish.

    Just allow yourself to absorb the suggestions without thinking or trying to analyze them.

    And don't worry if your mind drifts off somewhere else.

    You will still gain a positive outcome from the prompts and if you find yourself focusing on other thoughts, you can slowly remind yourself to focus only on my voice and what I am saying.

    And don't worry if you don’t think you are getting it or doing it right. Especially if this is your first time. There is no right or wrong way to go about this.

    Just allow yourself to feel comfortable and relaxed.

    Now while sitting or lying down, take a deep breath and as you exhale, allow your eyes to close and imagine a tree root attached to the base of your spine.

    Visualize this root traveling all the way down to the center of the earth and really anchor that root in the entirety of the earth.

    You're doing good. Just allow the core to expand to a size that's comfortable for you.

    Release any stress, anxiety or negativity or excess energy down that cord and you can release any unfinished projects or any undesired people who may want your attention, interest.

    Release these down the root.

    Now acknowledge any thoughts that may come into your mind and for now allow some down your grounding root.

    Now take another deep breath and hold that breath and exhale through your mouth with a sigh, relaxing, even deeper, feeling ever so calm, ever so relaxed.

    Now take another deep breath.

    Once more comfortably filling your lungs, hold the breath, and as you exhale, allow that remaining stress and tension flow out of your body.

    You don’t need to hear any outside sounds or anyone else's voices right now.

    Just enjoy the comfort of drifting into a deep state of relaxation.

    This comfort, your comfort, this is the most important part of the process.

    For you to be doing this and the most important place for you to be right now.

    So just allow yourself to let go and relax and now focus your awareness on the muscles at the

    very top of your head and begin to feel a soothing wave of relaxation flowing from the top of

    your head down over your forehead and slowly trickling down into your eyebrows.

    Moving around the sides of your eyes.

    Gently caressing your eyes with comfort and ease. As you feel yourself slowly drifting deeper and deeper, allowing your ears to focus solely on the sound of my voice, just feel yourself drifting deeper and deeper so you feel that wave of relaxation moving down into your cheeks and the muscles are melting down bit by bit.

    Just like ice as it melts into water your muscles are slowly becoming fluid as the muscles around your mouth relax and that relaxation flows into your jaw and into mouth.

    Your tongue and your teeth may tingly slightly. This is completely normal.

    Now allow your continuing wave of relaxation flow from the top of your head down and around the back of your head.

    Slowly passing around your ears and temples, and on down into your neck muscles.

    Muscles begin to melt and become fluid.

    Keep feeling yourself drifting deeper and deeper with every breath you take. You’ll feel ever so slightly more relaxed...and as you relax completely and all outside sounds, noises, even your own thoughts cause you to keep drifting deeper, deeper, deeper, deeper and deeper

    And let that fluidity flow down into your shoulders and allow it expand your shoulders as you breathe.

    Just allow your muscles to let go completely.

    Notice how much more relaxed you are right now than you were a few moments ago. Your

    body feels heavier than it did a few minutes ago. This is completely ok.

    Now as this wave of comfort and relaxation begins to flow across your shoulders and down into your arms.

    Really feel the relaxation moving into each individual muscle. Into each nerve and tendon.

    As you relax and let go, just feel the muscles melting like ice into and water. And how relaxed your your shoulders and the back of your neck feel right now.

    That warm, soft, tingling feeling way moves around and down to your elbows, down into your forearms and now circling around your wrists.

    The relaxation and comfort and how its eased down onto your hands.

    Really feel it all the way from the very tips of your fingers.

    The more relaxed you feel, the slower and deeper your breaths will be.  

    Allow all the stress and tension to steadily drain out the tips of your fingers as you relax and let go.

    And now that wave of relaxation spreads from your shoulders down into the muscles of your back and all this comfort and disorder serving no useful purpose to your body.

    As you relax and drift deeper and deeper, and you will feel that wave travel down your back and into your chest muscles.

    Feel yourself relaxing and drifting even deeper.

    That wave of relaxation flows around your waist now and into your lower half.

    Slowly moving and flowing down from your hips and into your thighs and you will feel those muscles melting.

    As you allow yourself to keep relaxing. You may feel a pleasant tingling now starting at the top of your head, flowing down through your entire body. This is your wave of relaxation flowing through your muscles.

    And as that wave of relaxation spreads down through your thighs, down around your knees, bathing your knees with comfort and ease.

    Now on down into your calves and feel those calf muscles melting down completely.

    As you relax and go deeper and feel that relaxation flowing around your ankles.

    Slowly orbiting your ankles with comfort and ease, this wave moves all the way down to the heels and of your feet flowing gently underneath onto the soles of your feet and then clearing out to the tips of your toes.

    And now allow any remaining stress, to just transfer out from the very end of your feet

    Now all your old aches and pains that are serving no useful purpose, and
