    If you have been feeling more stressed out than usual, you may be searching for a healthy outlet to explore those feelings with. Luckily for you, guided mindfulness meditation offers several incredible benefits that can help you work through a number of different issues in your life.

    For those of us who have never tried guided mindfulness meditation, I want you to realize that you are not alone! We all must begin somewhere, and this series of guided meditations is going to be an excellent place to start your own meditation and chakra healing practice.

    In the next few hours, we will be working together through several meditations including beginner breathing techniques, relaxation for pain relief, relaxation for anger management, and then we will work through each one of your chakra’s so that you may return the peace and balance that you are seeking in your life.

    If at any time you feel uncomfortable or lost, feel free to pause the meditation and take some time to breathe on your own. Remember, there is no right or wrong way to meditate, as long as it is your own. The point of the practice is to benefit you. I want you to feel free to move at your own pace.

    When you are ready, the first step I invite you to take is to create a comfortable space for yourself. As you create your space, remove anything that may distract you, such as phones, computers, or anything else that may seek your attention. This is meant to be your time, be sure you tell those you love that you are taking some time for yourself, but you can get back to them when you are finished.

    Remember that it is perfectly okay to take some time to work on yourself. Life is a constant battle with responsibilities and relationships to tend to. While these are important in life, it is also important to take care of yourself. If you are feeling out a balance and more stressed than usual, you will not be offering the best version of yourself to the universe.

    I want you to open your heart and open your mind to all of the positive vibes from the universe. Now is the time to work on yourself and restore peace to your body and to your mind. When you are ready, I invite you to take a deep breath, enter your space of meditation, and we can begin.

    Part One: Mindfulness Meditation Scripts

    During the first part of our practice, we are going to dive into several different mindfulness meditations. If, at any point, you feel a meditation does not pertain to your current life situation, feel free to skip ahead to the next mindfulness meditation. If you do plan to stick through each meditation, feel free to follow along at your own pace. You must do whatever you are most comfortable doing.

    In Part One of your Mindfulness Meditation journey, we will be going over breathing techniques for beginners, a countdown to calm and relaxation, relaxation for pain relief, relaxation for coping with grief, and relaxation for slowing down anger.

    Remember that we are human, and life is wonderful, but sometimes it can be a frustrating event. During the hard times, we must learn to cope, breathe, and relax. When you learn and practice these techniques, it can help you get over the wall that may be blocking you, so that you may restore the peace and balance back into your life.

    When you are ready to get started, we will just begin with some simple breathing techniques that you can use at any point of this meditation or in your daily life. As long as you are breathing, remember that you are doing well. If you can control your breath, you can control your emotions. While it may seem difficult at first, remind yourself that you are powerful, and you are capable of absolutely anything that you are going to put your mind to.

    Beginner Breathing Techniques

    Before we begin, I once again invite you to find the most comfortable possible position for yourself right now. Ideally, your space should feel safe, comfortable, and open. If you have a favorite pillow or blanket, set yourself up for success. When you are ready, and you have gotten rid of all of your distractions, I invite you to now take
