    The Aim

    THE GOAL OF THIS BOOK is to help men experiencing a lot of stress—whether it’s trouble sleeping, dealing with work and family responsibilities, or overthinking due to all of the above. With guidance, you can put things into perspective. You will learn to control your breathing, practice mindfulness, relax your body, and live in the moment.

    The audiobook is broken up into different sessions. There are shorter sessions to listen to during the week, along with longer sessions to listen to over weekends and holidays. It includes six short meditation sessions, three long meditation sessions, three long hypnosis sessions, and three lists of twenty-five positive affirmations.

    The meditation, hypnosis, and affirmations will require dedication to work effectively.

    The Difference Between Guided Meditation and Guided Hypnosis

    GUIDED MEDITATION AND hypnosis are very similar. Both can be used for personal growth. However, there are a few differences.

    Mediation is a form of training your mind and is commonly labeled as the absence of thought. It’s used to obtain a higher sense of relaxation. It can awaken a sense of inner calm by quieting your mind and helping you focus.

    Hypnosis, on the other hand, is a way of selective thinking to accomplish specific results. It puts you in a state of altered-consciousness, making you more open to suggestions. Contrary to popular belief, hypnosis is not the lack of control but is an enhanced sense of control and awareness.

    As such, both are completely safe and have been proven to yield many benefits.

    What Are Affirmations?

    AFFIRMATIONS ARE POSITIVE statements used to challenge and overcome negative thoughts. They can increase motivation and help you accomplish goals. Repeating and believing them
