Section 1: Visualizing Your Self-Healing Path
You are here to heal, and you have come to the right place. You are the only one who truly knows what you are suffering on the inside, in the mind, in the heart. You have the power to visualize your wholeness, your wellness, and your internal balance and sometimes, seeing it in your mind is the path to healing and recovery. If you can imagine it, then it is possible.
Your mind is a machine, a computer of logic, of reasoning, of belief systems. Your path to self-healing begins with looking beyond the mind and into your deeper truth and intuition. You will find that as you begin to visualize yourself healing, you create the healing. You make it happen.
This first guided visualization is a mindfulness practice to help you realize your healing path. It welcomes you to the process of learning to heal your own issues, traumas, problems, and patterns that keep you locked in cycles of anxiety, depression, and mental health issues. It is a beginning, a self-discovery, a door opening for you to have the whole and happy life you so deserve. Let’s begin!
You are going to lie down for this experience so that you can feel totally relaxed. Find the most comfortable place, the most comfortable position, the most comfortable room. Organize your body so that you can stay lying in this position for several minutes. You can prop your body up with pillows or cushions if it helps you feel more comfortable.
