Chapter 1: Insomnia Meditation Scripts
Insomnia meditation scripts are always aimed at helping people to quickly fall asleep and overcome insomnia. With the relaxation exercises, you can naturally fall asleep without straining since you will be inducing a relaxation response that makes your body listen to your inner voice. Below, you are going to find important insomnia relaxation self-hypnosis script and a meditation guided script that will help you overcome insomnia.
Insomnia Relaxation Self-Hypnosis
Try and see that you are a sponge being wrung of strain, down and out of your toes. Breathe deeply three times and slowly. You should hear my voice until your relaxation therapy is finished, then you can fall asleep deeply in a natural way.
Now that you want to have full night sleep, and because you want to get up in the morning refreshed, rested, and fully re-energized, every night as you go to bed, you have to relax each muscle in your physique by taking deep breaths. The breaths should be three. After every breath, tells yourself to sleep and allow each muscle and nerve to be loose and limp. Immediately you finish the third breath you are undoubtedly relaxed, and quickly you will drift off into a deep and restful slumber, that won't be broken until you wake up in the morning. You will only be wakened up by an emergency, and when it happens, then when you get back to the bed after handling the crisis, you will fall asleep within 60 seconds. It will be simple for you to calm down and go back to sleep because of the expectations of sleeping. Every time you sleep, you will be satisfied and enjoyably relaxed.
You always calm down thoroughly after taking three breaths, and when in your bed, you will go to sleep as you calm down. You will sleep soundly and comfortably effortlessly. Throughout your rest, you will be relaxed, contended, and calm, and you will feel this till you wake up. When you wake up at the usual time, you will have some beautiful feelings. When you are completely relaxed, rested, alert and cheerful, your eyes open, you are supposed to sit up and put your feet on the floor instantly, stretch them, you will have a good feeling, and you will be ready for one more great day. You will enjoy your sleep when in your bed, and this happens when you take the three deep breaths and think sleep now
after every breath, and you will find yourself falling asleep automatically. All of these memories will come into you the moment you will relax and say, sleep now.
I will now take you through the rainbow colors. They are red, orange, green, yellow, purple, lavender, and white. As I will be going through the colors, then you ought to get deeper into natural sleep. When I get to the color white, you and gently get to the machine playing this tape, and you will switch it off. Immediately you switch off the machine; you will go into some deep sleep, and you will be in a relaxed state of natural and regular sleep.
Red and orange - slowly, quickly, calmly, and gently getting into deep, natural sleep.
Yellow and green – each nerve and muscle in your physique is loose, and the limp is relaxed, as this happens as you go deeper and deeper into sleep.
Purple and lavender – your brain and physique at this point are now getting into profound and healthy sleep. You are feeling good and at the next color, gently and quickly without messing your sleep, get to your machine and turn it off and then get to a deep and restful healthy sleep the whole night.
White – you can quickly and gently get to the machine playing the tape, switch it off, and sleep.
Meditation Guided Script For Insomnia
Start by lying with your hands on your sides, on your back, or on your thighs. To be more relaxed, you can change positions whenever you need to but start by lying on your return for now.
Mentally scan for areas that are tensed in your body. Listen to the way your body feels. You can focus on releasing the tension that the body feels and calm your mind during the relaxation moment. You will quickly slip into good, restful sleep once the mind is peaceful and calm.
Breathe in, draw in the air that gives life, and relax. Slowly exhale, and expel any tension. You may think of things you have done today, or things you may need to do the following day.
You might be worried about someone or something important to you.
This is the time you need to clear the mind to sleep, so you will feel refreshed and energetic tomorrow to take care of your duties. Take the thought you need to do before you sleep for a few moments now. Focus on anything you need or would like to think about before you go to sleep. Do any worrying or contemplating that you plan to do for the next two minutes. Now it's time to sleep off your mind. There's nothing else you need to do right now. You don't have to feel anything but fresh, happy thoughts. Remember the sensation of your body right now.
Where is the stress of today contained in your body? Focus your attention on the tensest part of the body. Focus on a small tension area. Inhale deeply, and then let the pressure go as your sigh breathes out.
Note where you feel most comfortable in your body. With each breath, let that feeling of comfort develop. Spread the sense of comfort further and further.
Start shifting your concentration as you become quiet and sleepy. You can choose to concentrate on counting for the next few moments and become more relaxed as each number passes through your mind. Focus your attention on number one.
You will become more confident when you count from one to ten. You can let your mind drift into a relaxing, refreshing sleep as you relax.
Count with me slowly... 1...... Concentrate on number 1......
You're more confident... Very profoundly and more intensely... calm. Peaceful.
Feel the body's pressure... Relax and fill your mind and body. Only concentrate on the numbers.
Picture number 4 in your head. It was very comfortable. Quiet... The arms and legs feel tingly comfortable... It's cumbersome... Heavy and relaxed pleasantly.
Focusing on number 5... As you go deeper... Deeper, deeper. Calm. Wash your sleep over you. Calm.
6...... profoundly confident...
7....The mind and body are silent...
8... Very beautiful and heavy...
9... Quickly causing the mind to drift... no course... relaxing... floating...
10... You're confident profoundly...
You can now count back from 10 to 1. You'll be utterly relaxed once you hit one and fall into a deep sleep. When you hear me say start,
rely on yourself slowly while I keep talking. Reflect only on the numbers when I explain the feeling of relaxation. Start at ten now. And concentrate on nine very slowly... And continue to go on your own...
