I swore to myself that I would never create a cookbook, because if you’re a regular to this podcast then you would know that I think telling people what to eat in order to lose weight can be counterproductive or  ineffective. However (surprise!) I do have a cookbook coming and in this episode I want to share with you the journey of how I did eventually warm up to the idea, why I chose to go about particular details a certain way and what awesome things are going to be included in it!
