Description

Today I have the privilege of speaking to Sarah Conlan- Director of Strong Girls Club, Perth, a boutique personal training service with a holistic focus on women.
Sarah has 6 years of industry experience and started her business as a small outdoor boot camp for women. She realised a great need for women to become strong and pain-free, so she focused on strength training over HIIT.
During this time, Sarah competed in body building and powerlifting competitions. She has had endometriosis since the age of 16 and found that strength training was the solution to helping her feel incredible both physically and mentally.
In today's episode, we chat about:

Strength training for women - why and how
Who should strength train?
Do we need to do cardio?
The effects of HIIT, stress & cortisol- does this impact our training?
Endometriosis - what is it? How it impacts your life
