My guest today is Jill Berkowitz, with a bit "funky" career path. She worked in publishing for a couple of years and then became a middle school ELA teacher for about 15 years before resigning to take a major pause.

Fast forward, and she now works for Clerk Chat in charge of the content that drives their marketing. While she doesn't have a marketing degree, she has spent the last year learning as much as she could as fast as she could, and she’s lucky to work with a team that supports her growth. Her main responsibilities include blog posts, social media, monthly newsletter, podcast host (160 Characters), customer stories, release notes, and then some. :)
