Today we're diving into why it's so hard for you to stay consistent with your fitness and nutrition goals at a deeper level than it just being hard.  In reality, you're just thinking about it wrong, and luckily for you, I'm going to help you shift your mindset so you can start being more confident in your body composition.
Expect a new episode from me each week moving forward.  It's either going to be on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays.  Haven't figured that part out yet.
