Happy Satiated Saturday! Yoga was my first entry into the world of the mind body connection. Since my early 20's, I have been curious about the body and what other modalities are out there that help tap us into the wisdom of our body and learn how to communicate with it. One of the interesting modalities that is out there is called EFT or Emotional Freedom Technique. It's also referred to as tapping as you tap certain parts of your body to help regulate and support your body in moving into a relaxation response.In this week’s episode, I explore EFT with Sherry Lukey, EFT Tapping Expert for Heart-Centered High Achievers.
