Happy Satiated Saturday! I spent years in patterns of binge eating and emotional eating. The healing path was messy and confusing. I figured out a lot on my own. Part of what drove me to create the Satiated Podcast was that I never wanted anyone to feel like they needed to navigate this journey alone.
