Happy Satiated Sunday! I remember during my binge eating years that at times I would be like, "What is going onnnnn!?!?!"Binge eating can be confusing and disorienting. It can at times be an out-of-body experience. Yet, sometimes, the emotions and sensations showing up in your body may feel like too much (I know at times they were for me) that you don't want to be IN your body. I often like to rename binge eating to protective eating.
