Welcome to the first episode of Satiated Saturdays! Each week, we will be exploring physical and emotional satiation and what satisfies each unique hunger we can experience. In my 10 years of supporting others around their relationship with food and body (and my lifetime experiment with myself), I have seen how nighttime can often be the time we reach for food the most for emotional satiation.
