And then every now and then, you have another set of thoughts when you look in the mirror appreciating and liking your body.This can create the uncomfortable experience of cognitive dissonance where it feels like one of these body thoughts needs to win out.In this week’s episode, I discuss utilizing cognitive dissonance in a way that can support you with in enhancing your acceptance of your body.
