Happy Satiated Saturday! I remember a time where I thought if I just figured out what to eat and how to move my body all the symptoms I was experiencing would be healed. I'll give a sneak peak into the future...food and movement contributed to less than 50% of what needed to be attended to for healing to occur. If you have been here for awhile, you have maybe learned quite a lot about satiation and being a Somatic Eater. Intellectually understanding why you reach for food or judge your body can only take you so far on your healing path. At some point, you will need to get into your body and allow your sensations and emotions to be felt and moved through you.
