Stephanie is a yoga teacher with advanced certifications in yoga for athletes, Yoga For All, and Empowered Wisdom Yoga Nidra. Additionally, Stephanie is an RRCA (Road Runner’s Club of America) certified running coach and mat Pilates instructor with Classical Pilates Education. Stephanie believes that to be a runner is to believe in your possibility as a human through movement. Her favorite running distance is the half marathon (13.1 miles/21 kilometers).

Melissa Malani is a RRCA and Vdot certified running coach. After running numerous marathons and bringing her marathon time down over 90 minutes with the help of other coaches, Melissa wanted to help others find their best running as well. Her goal as a coach is to help runners not only get to the start and finish lines healthy in mind and body, but to love the process in doing so. Melissa encourages runners to not only work on their physical training, but their mental training during all stages of the training cycle.
