In this episode, Stephanie talks with coach, physical therapist, and personal trainer Dr. Katherine Campbell. Katherine talks about the importance of strength training and the role strength training plays in her coaching philosophy. Additionally, Stephanie is an RRCA (Road Runner’s Club of America) certified running coach and mat Pilates instructor with Classical Pilates Education. Stephanie believes that to be a runner is to believe in your possibility as a human through movement. Her favorite running distance is the half marathon (13.1 miles/21 kilometers).
