In this episode, Stephanie talks with Miami-based run coach Jessica Bigio on her running and coaching history, the importance of in-person coaching, and how coaching is a tool that helps an athlete grow beyond the numbers.
About Stephanie
Stephanie is a yoga teacher with advanced certifications in yoga for athletes, Yoga For All, and Empowered Wisdom Yoga Nidra. Additionally, Stephanie is an RRCA (Road Runner’s Club of America) certified running coach and mat Pilates instructor with Classical Pilates Education. Stephanie believes that to be a runner is to believe in your possibility as a human through movement. Her favorite running distance is the half marathon (13.1 miles/21 kilometers).
