Stephanie is a yoga teacher with advanced certifications in yoga for athletes, Yoga For All, and Empowered Wisdom Yoga Nidra. Additionally, Stephanie is an RRCA (Road Runner’s Club of America) certified running coach and mat Pilates instructor with Classical Pilates Education. Stephanie believes that to be a runner is to believe in your possibility as a human through movement. Her favorite running distance is the half marathon (13.1 miles/21 kilometers).

Jessica is an RRCA certified running coach, pre/postnatal coaching specialist, NASM certified PT, small business owner, mentor, runner, and mom. Jessica believes that each athlete is an individual and finds communication is the biggest key to a successful athlete/coach relationship. She encourages athletes to find joy in the process, realize their potential, and dream big! Her favorite running distance is the full marathon (26.2 miles/42 kilometers).
