Understanding nutrition is key to having an overall healthy lifestyle. Even if you are extremely active, it’s important to know how much to eat to support your activity and the right foods to eat to fuel your body.
In our program, we help you get creative about adding more protein into your diet and really teach you to make empowered and informed choices about how you’re getting your macros in.
Food can and should still be incorporated into celebrations and nights out with friends. By allowing yourself to enjoy your favorite foods, you really savor it and reduce the likelihood of the binge and restrict cycle.
If you’re just  getting into working out, start with something you enjoy. If you force yourself to do workouts you hate, you won’t be consistent and won’t build the confidence to level up in their fitness.
