Undereating is not helping you. When you undereat, you often end up binging and overeating later, which starts a vicious cycle of undereating followed by overeating. Undereating also leads to a lack of energy, leaving little motivation for exercise or clear thinking.
Therapy pairs well with help from a registered dietitian. Our coaches can help with the science behind food and setting you up with positive lifestyle habits. What we can’t help with is the behavior or why behind eating habits. This is where it might be beneficial to have a therapist help you dig deeper into eating habits and thoughts surrounding food.
Mindset Matters. You don’t need to be perfect in following your plan in order to lose weight.  You do need to have a positive mindset and believe in yourself.
