In this episode, I interviewed one of our TMN coaches, Jack Kessey, RD, LDN! In addition to his education and experience as a Registered Dietitian, Jack had his own weight loss journey and struggled with turning to food for comfort during times of stress. So many of our clients struggle with this, and Jack shares his experience from weight loss to building muscle to losing fat in a healthy way.
Jack Kessey, RD, LDN, is a Licensed and Registered Dietitian who has dedicated his life to transforming evidence-based nutrition science into simple and relatable recommendations for his clients. His expertise expands across the entire spectrum of weight management: including weight loss, metabolic resets, and healthful weight gain.
Jack can help physically active millennials gain lean muscle, become toned, or optimize their performance through individualized nutrition programming. Jack holds a BS in Dietetics and has 3+ years of experience practicing Medical Nutrition Therapy with adults as a Clinical Dietitian with a focus in metabolic syndrome, diabetes, and medical oncology.
